If your machine needs a service but a site visit isn't economical - whether that's because of location, machine size or the cost of downtime - sending it in is the smarter option. We collect from you, service at our workshop and return it ready to run. For hand tools, pricing varies by tool type so contact us for a quote.

We arrange collection from your site. Nothing to drop off, no courier to organise.
Full strip, clean, inspect and service. Parts quoted and approved before fitment.
Machine returned tested and ready, with a written condition report included.
Up and running. Ongoing support available through our service plans if needed.
We can provide a loaner strapping machine to cover the gap - available at additional cost. Ask when you book and we'll arrange it alongside collection so there's no production gap.

Nothing is fitted without your approval. The service rate is fixed - parts are identified on inspection, quoted and confirmed with you before we proceed.
