TP-6000
You need a reliable automatic strapper without the budget for a higher-spec machine. Lubrication-free strapping head keeps maintenance minimal.
TP-6000S
Your environment is food, pharmaceutical or damp - where a standard machine wouldn't last. Same spec as the TP-6000 in full stainless steel construction.
TP-601D
You want a step up from the 6000 series. Electronic tension control via dial makes adjustments quicker on lines where pack specs change.

Your loads need higher tension than a standard 601 delivers. The 70 kg option on request covers bundling, compressing and heavier or denser packs.

TP-601L
Your packs are too large or heavy for a standard arch. Low-level configuration keeps the machine accessible for bulky loads without losing automatic performance.
TP-601A
You need a transit strapper for conveyor integration - roller-driven table, up to 18 packs per minute. 3-phase supply required; check your site electrical before enquiring.
TP-601B
Same transit machine as the 601A but belt-driven - better for products where roller marks or surface contact on the base would be an issue. 3-phase supply required.

TP-702-59
Volume is the priority. Up to 65 straps per minute from a compact Mercury head - the machine for high-throughput lines where downtime costs.
TP-702A1
You need a Mercury Transit machine for conveyor integration with roller table and 1-phase supply. Up to 36 packs per minute with standard LCD control.
TP-702AH1
Same Mercury roller performance as the 702A1 with Siemens PLC and HMI. Better for lines where machine data, diagnostics and programmable control matter.
TP-702B1
You need the Mercury head on a belt-driven table. Up to 40 packs per minute with 1-phase supply, for lines where gentle product handling takes priority.
TP-702BH1
Belt-driven Mercury Transit with Siemens PLC and HMI. The spec for fast lines where product integrity and full machine diagnostics both matter.
EXS-137
You need the fastest Extend auto at 58 straps per minute. Compact 1-phase machine where speed is the priority and the strap spec stays fixed at 5, 12 or 15mm.
EXS-158-PLUS
Your packs vary in compression requirement. The 5-65 kg tension range is the widest in the Extend automatic line. 9/12/15mm strap, 37 cycles per minute, 1-phase.
EXS-138
Steady 28 cycles per minute across a broad tension range. 8-60 kg covers most pack types. A solid automatic for lower-volume or variable applications.
What's included
The machine is one part of it.
Every machine we supply comes with the people to back it up. Delivery and installation are quoted separately - everything below comes with the machine as standard.
Commissioning
A qualified engineer sets the machine up on your site, tests it on your actual packs and confirms it's running to spec before they leave.
Operator training
We train whoever operates the machine on handover - strap loading, tension settings, cycle operation and basic fault recognition.
1st annual service free
The first annual service (labour) is included with every machine we supply. We come to you, check the machine over and keep it running properly.

Keep it running
Everything the machine needs after day one.
