Ecoplat Plus
Pallets go out once or twice a day rather than all day. Reliable, uncomplicated, and easy for any operator to pick up.
Ecoplat Plus FRD
Film use is high enough that tension consistency matters. The FRD carriage keeps wrap force controlled across different load shapes - less waste, more uniform wrap.

X100
You want Siemens PLC control, 12 preset recipes and a larger 1650mm turntable at a mid-range price. The step up in control reliability is tangible.
Masterplat Plus
Throughput is higher or loads are heavier than the Ecoplat handles comfortably. 2000kg capacity and 250% fixed pre-stretch cut film consumption significantly.
Masterplat Plus LP
Forklifts are loading the machine rather than pallet trucks. The 30mm thin turntable means no ramp required - fork loads directly without clearance issues.
Rotoplat
You want full control over how each pallet wraps. Variable pre-stretch up to 400%, 12 programme slots and CUBE Technology for load-specific adjustment.
Spinny S140 Plus
You need a dependable entry-level semi-automatic with a simple control panel. Low-to-mid throughput, standard pallet sizes, mechanical film brake.
Spinny S140 Advanced
Same throughput as the S140 Plus but the electromagnetic brake gives more consistent film tension across varying load shapes and film grades.
Spinny S200
You want more programme flexibility than the S140. Ten wrapping cycles and electromagnetic tension control suits operations running mixed pallet profiles.
Spinny S300
Throughput and load weights are stepping up from the S200. Motorised pre-stretch up to 400% makes a real difference to film consumption at volume.
Spinny S350 Touch
You want the S300's capacity with touch screen control. Quicker to programme on the floor, with the same motorised pre-stretch and 2000kg load rating.
Spinny S500 Touch
Large pallets, heavy loads, high throughput. The 1800mm table handles bigger footprints and the automatic film cut and seal saves time on every cycle.
R600
Floor space is tight or your operation spans multiple bays. The R600 moves to the pallet rather than the other way around - no fixed footprint, 8 hours on a charge.
XOPS
You want a reliable mid-range pre-stretch turntable at a competitive price. 300% stretch and 30 pallets per hour covers most standard light-to-medium operations.
XOMS
Volume is lower or budget is the main constraint. Mechanical stretch rather than power pre-stretch - simpler mechanism, lower entry price for basic wrapping requirements.
TMD P46P
You want 300% power pre-stretch at a sensible entry price. Extend's standard pre-stretch model covers most production requirements without the touch screen premium.
TMD P46P Plus
Same as the P46P but with touch screen control and 12 RPM. Worth the step up if you're running different film types or changing programmes regularly.

The machine is one part of it.
Every machine we supply comes with the people to back it up. Delivery and installation are quoted separately - everything below comes with the machine as standard.
Commissioning
A qualified engineer sets the machine up on your site, tests it on your actual pallets and confirms it's running to spec before they leave.
Operator training
We train whoever operates the machine on handover - cycle selection, film loading, basic fault recognition. Your team runs it properly from day one.
1st annual service
Labour included on your first annual service. We'll contact you when it's due.

Keep it running
