Not tensioning correctly
Strap sits loose on the load or tension drops mid-cycle. Tensioning wheel wear or calibration drift - gets gradually worse.

Strap fails to track through or misfeeds on the cycle. Can be feed rollers, motor, or a blocked track.

Strap blockage in the feed track or seal head. Often debris build-up, worn rollers or a bent guide rail.
