Every machine we supply comes with the people to back it up. Delivery and installation are quoted separately - everything below comes with the machine as standard.

Commissioning

A qualified engineer sets the machine up on your site, tests it on your actual packs and confirms it's running to spec before they leave.

Operator training

We train whoever operates the machine on handover - strap loading, tension settings, cycle operation and basic fault recognition.

1st annual service free

The first annual service (labour) is included with every machine we supply. We come to you, check the machine over and keep it running properly.

Ongoing support

The same engineers who installed your machine are the ones who answer the phone when something goes wrong. No call centres, no strangers.

Keep it running

Everything the machine needs after day one.

Machinery goes down. Strap runs out. Operators change. We cover all of it from the same place you bought the machine.
