About Hayes Packaging Service Ltd
Real engineers. Honest advice. One team you can rely on.
We've been keeping end-of-line packaging equipment running since 2006. Here's how — and why it matters to us.
Our Story
Built on doing the job properly
Hayes Packaging Service Ltd was founded in 2006 with a straightforward idea: provide genuinely good engineering support for end-of-line packaging equipment, and be honest with every customer about what their machines actually need.
Nearly two decades later, that hasn't changed. The business has grown — more engineers, more services, more customers across the UK — but the approach is the same. Turn up, diagnose accurately, fix the root cause, and leave the customer with a clear picture of what's going on with their equipment.
What has grown is what we can offer. We started in maintenance and repair. We now cover the full lifecycle: service plans, breakdown response, consumables supply, machine sales and installation. For most customers, that means one trusted relationship instead of three or four fragmented suppliers — and far less falling through the gaps.
How We Work
A few things we won't compromise on
We don't do quick sales.
If a cheaper consumable will do the job properly, we'll say so. If a machine needs servicing rather than replacing, we'll say that too. Our reputation is built on customers trusting our advice — and that only works if the advice is actually honest.
We work on anything.
Being OEM-independent isn't just a selling point — it's how we stay useful. We're not going to tell you we can't look at a machine because it's not one we supply. We support all major brands, including older and mixed-fleet equipment.
We treat every site as if it's our only customer.
Whether you're a global manufacturer or a single-site operation, you get the same quality of response, the same standard of reporting, and the same straight-talking engineer turning up.
We stay involved.
The job isn't done when the machine starts again. We'll tell you what we found, what we fixed, what's worn and what to watch. That's how repeat breakdowns get prevented.
