Choose how often we visit.
That's for 1 semi-automatic or automatic strapper, or 1 pallet wrapper, close to one of our engineers. The price goes up with distance and with each extra machine on site.
In-line automatic wrappers, pallet strapping and compression lines, block and brick strappers, and integrated lines are bigger jobs, so we price those after the inspection visit.
Every plan starts with that inspection. We check the machine's condition and recommend how often we should visit before you sign anything. You can pay monthly or after each visit, whichever suits you.

On any plan: if a machine breaks down between visits, you get priority booking and a reduced labour rate. Breakdown call-outs are invoiced separately from your plan.

Every visit follows the same structured process. You get the same standard of work whether it's your first visit or your fifth - and a written report to prove it.
Machine too small or remote for a site visit? Send it in.
Our Send-In Service collects your strapping machine or hand tool, services it at our workshop and returns it ready to run. Fixed labour rate, parts quoted on inspection, no site visit needed.
