If your machine needs a service but a site visit isn't economical, whether that's down to location, machine size or the cost of downtime, sending it in is the smarter option. We collect from you, service at our workshop and return it ready to run. Any brand, any age.

Semi-auto & automatic strappers
Bench, free-standing and automatic strapping machines, any make, serviced at our workshop.
Hand tools
Battery and manual strapping tools are serviced through our trusted repair partner. Contact us for a quote.

Full strip, clean, inspect and service. Parts quoted and approved before fitment.

Machine returned tested and ready, with a written condition report included.

Back running
Up and running. Ongoing support available through our service plans if needed.

If you need a loaner while yours is in the workshop, we can arrange one. Just let us know when you enquire.
Pricing

Fixed labour rate, parts quoted separately.

Nothing is fitted without your approval. The service rate is fixed. Parts are identified on inspection, quoted and confirmed with you before we proceed.

All-in, before parts
£225 + VAT
Service, collection and return. The complete price before any parts.
Workshop service
£125 + VAT
Fixed labour per machine. Full service: strip, clean, inspect, adjust and test.
Collection & return
£100 + VAT
We arrange both. No courier admin and no drop-off required at your end.

Serviced through our trusted repair partner. Contact us for a quote.

Parts are quoted on inspection and never fitted without your approval.

Before collection
Preparing your machine
  • Isolate and disconnect the power
  • Please leave a suitable amount of strap on machine for testing after service
  • Secure or restrain moving parts and covers
  • Palletise the machine and strap or shrink-wrap it down
  • Label clearly with your company name and our reference

We send a full packing guide when you book, so you're never guessing.
