We triage remotely first - most faults can be confirmed over the phone before anyone travels. If it needs a visit, the engineer turns up with the right parts for the most likely cause.
Call or contact us with the machine make, model and a description of what it's doing. You'll speak to an engineer, not a call handler.
We work through the fault over the phone. A lot of faults are resolvable remotely, or quickly confirmed as needing a visit.
If a visit is needed, we come with parts. We don't make unnecessary return trips. Once the machine is running, we document what we found and what we did.

A small team run by engineers, not account managers. Independent from manufacturers, with no incentive to upsell you on equipment you don't need.
You report directly to the engineer who'll fix it. No relay through an account manager or service desk. That's faster and it's more accurate.
We're not tied to any manufacturer. We can work on competitors' equipment, older machines and anything where the original supplier is no longer helpful or cost-effective.
We're a small team with low overheads. Our rates are significantly below OEM call-out pricing, and we'll tell you if a repair isn't worth doing.
