Every machine we supply comes with the people to back it up. Delivery and installation are quoted separately - everything below comes with the machine as standard.

Commissioning

A qualified engineer sets the machine up on your site, tests it on your actual pallets and confirms it's running to spec before they leave.

Operator training

We train whoever operates the machine on handover - cycle selection, film loading, basic fault recognition. Your team runs it properly from day one.

Manufacturer warranty

Effe Rotax machines carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty from Effe3ti as standard. SmartWasp machines are covered by their own manufacturer warranty - confirm on enquiry.

Ongoing support

The same engineers who installed your machine are the ones who answer the phone when something goes wrong. No call centres, no strangers.

Everything the machine needs after day one.

Machinery goes down. Film runs out. Operators change. We cover all of it from the same place you bought the machine.

Two planned visits a year, priority breakdown response and engineer reports after every job. Your first service is free on any machine we supply.
