- Come direct, skip the distributor markup Many packaging machines sold across the UK are still supported via the distributor that originally placed them - with their margin added at every step. Come direct to HPS for repair, servicing and consumables and you cut the chain.
- 24-hour response target On service plans we target a 24-hour response on breakdowns. Off plan, call anyway - we'll quote attendance honestly and you decide whether to proceed. No retainer in the way of getting help.
- Office team, not a switchboard The phone gets answered by the people who run the service desk - not a hold queue, not a third-party answering service. They know which engineer is where, which jobs are running and what's actually possible today.
