Most sites run two or three different makes. HPS engineers carry calibration data, service histories and common parts across all of them. One contact, one standard, one invoice.
No OEM bias in the advice
HPS doesn't sell new machines from any manufacturer. When an engineer recommends a repair or a part, it's based on what the machine needs - not a supplier agreement or parts margin.
Mixed fleets are normal
Robopac wrappers alongside Signode or Mosca strappers is a common setup. Engineers carry data and histories across all makes. One job card, one visit, one report.
Older machines are not a problem
A machine installed in 2006 gets the same diagnosis process as one installed last month. Discontinued parts get sourced from alternative channels - engineers work around limitations rather than pushing replacement.
