Each of our qualified engineers operates from a different county base, chosen so coverage interlocks rather than overlapping. Where one engineer's territory ends, another begins. Where natural geography means longer drives, we're upfront about the travel element before we set off.
West Midlands & Welsh Border
Shropshire-based engineer
Positioned for sites across Wales, the North West and Staffordshire. The right base for anything west of Birmingham and across the Welsh border.
Midlands & Border Counties
Worcestershire-based engineer
Positioned for Birmingham, the Black Country and down to the Cotswolds. Covers the dense industrial belt of central England.
London, South East & East Anglia
Hertfordshire-based engineer
Positioned for London, the Home Counties and out to Norwich. The right base for sites east and south of the capital, including East Anglia.
What about everywhere else?
We attend sites across the UK and don't pretend otherwise - but we won't claim a Cornish postcode is the same job as a Worcestershire one. For regions outside our three core base counties, we plan visits with the customer first, agreeing the travel element up front rather than burying it in the invoice.
- South West Devon and Cornwall reachable from the Worcestershire base. Planned visits work better than emergency call-outs.
- North East Newcastle, Durham, Teesside reachable from the Shropshire base via the North West. Longer single-day round trip.
- Scotland Central belt and below by arrangement. Travel cost element discussed and agreed before commitment.
- Northern Ireland Possible by arrangement on a project basis. Engineer travel and accommodation costs apply.
