Every machine we supply comes with the people behind it. Delivery and installation are quoted separately - everything below comes with the machine as standard.

Commissioning

A qualified engineer sets the machine up on your site, tests it on your actual pallets and confirms it's running to spec before they leave.

Operator training

We train whoever runs the machine on handover - tension settings, strap loading, basic fault recognition. Your team runs it properly from day one.

Strap supply

PP and PET strap available from the same contact as the machine. We match the strap spec to how your machine is set up - wrong grade is one of the most common causes of avoidable faults.

Ongoing support

The same engineers who installed your machine are the ones who answer the phone when something goes wrong. No call centres, no strangers.

Keep it running

Everything the machine needs after day one.

Machinery goes down. Strap runs out. Operators change. We cover all of it from the same place you bought the machine.
